How have you been able to help younger Latin players?

I've always had good relationships with the Latino players. We've always helped each other out. I've had many good friends in baseball. I think the thing that we Latinos have is that we are always helping each other out. since they'll always point out what you are doing wrong. And if you see something that they are doing, you tell them what they're doing wrong, so they can correct it right then or in the future.

The foundation is to help with anything that happens in Colombia. To do anything that can help, we try to raise money to help those people.

We put the field in a very poor neighborhood in Saint Louis, and I felt emotionally good when I did that. I felt good as a person because I know that a lot of kids who wouldn't have had the chance to play on a field are playing there.
