What role did baseball academies play in your career?

Yes, we have an academy to develop players, Colombian players. I think we've done a good job. We've already signed up more than 20 players from the academy. We take kids that want to play. So long as they want to play and develop their baseball skills so that they have the chance to sign up and come to the United States. They have a dream, like the dream I had, like the dream that Orlando and Jolbert had, we Major Leaguers from Colombia.
