How have you been able to help younger Latin players?

In our country we are like role models, because in our country there are a lot of difficulties, because in third world countries, there are a lot of problems. So, they see us like big role models and we have to be examples for the people over there and they see you like ... because the discipline, all the focus that you have and the success you've been having in your career and they try to do the same thing.

Venezuelan players they are getting more to the big leagues, more and more every year. So, the result, because they are working hard in baseball and they support baseball really good.

You know right now, in my hometown, we have a small stadium that I built on my own and I support the kids that play over there and I try to demonstrate the game. We don't have much time to focus on that, but I will do it when I retire.
